Lead the launch and the expansion of the Company Leagues federation

• Consolidate the concept and offer of a League for corporate clients (football and cycling). You will act as a real entrepreneur with the target to launch a totally new project in 6 months.

• Test and define the best Go-To market channels.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to put in place acquisition campaigns, community management tools and other materials while defining a unique tone of voice for our League.

• Arrange the logistics for the League operations (partnerships, locations, equipment…).

• Acquire new B2B clients

• Respond to requests for the organization of other on-demand corporate sports events.

• Become the account manager for signed B2B clients.

Extra responsibilities
As part of a small and dynamic team, you will learn from other streams and your impact will be valuable for all aspects of the company

• Support the dutch communication channels of other federations, such as Échappée (newsletter, website, social media).

• Support the opening of new cities for the BBFL football league in 2022

• Assist the operations team during Beautiful Sports events (BBFL Play-Offs, Cycling Tour in France, daily events…).

• Together with the team challenge, suggest and test new developments for Beautiful Sports expansion.

• 1 year work-contract, renewable based on a successful launch of Company Leagues (flexibility on a full-time or a part-time, depending on candidate expectation).

• Fixed Salary + variable salary and package to be defined based on candidates’ experience and targets.
